Petitioner appeals Respondent’s denial of his application for a resident insurance agent license. Petitioner was convicted of misdemeanor criminal charges of harassment and disorderly conduct in 2002. In 2008, Petitioner pled guilty to a felony possession of marijuana charge. In 2010, Petitioner was charged with nonsupport of a child. Petitioner did not disclose the 2008 guilty plea or the 2010 arrest in his application. Respondent was authorized to refuse Petitioner’s application because of his felony plea and his failure to disclose material facts in the application process. Accordingly, the Judge DENIED Petitioner’s application.
