Petitioner was appropriately denied a Resident Insurance License.  He has been convicted of multiple felonies and misdemeanor crimes involving moral turpitude.  Current participation in Alcoholics Anonymous is insufficient to show continued sobriety or that he is trustworthy during periods of sobriety.
