Petitioner’s driver’s license was suspended after an officer located her, intoxicated, at her home shortly after a single car accident. It was apparent that she had recently been driving the vehicle, which was registered in her name, due to the state of her clothing and the fact that the hood of the car was still warm. Blood tests showed Petitioner’s alcohol concentration to have been above .08, resulting in suspension of her driving privileges.
