No credible evidence demonstrated that the educator violated ethical standards during the Spring 2009 Criterion Referenced Competency Test (CRCT). The chief witness for the state admitted to lying in the past and to correcting her own students’ answers after the exam. In addition, her testimony was uncorroborated. Determination of witness credibility is within the sole purview of the Court.
