A child must be placed on adoptive status at age 13 or older in order to receive Adoption Assistance benefits while attending college after he or she reaches age 18. Accordingly, Petitioner could not continue to receive Adoption Assistance benefits after her child turned 18 and enrolled in college because her child was placed for adoption at age 3.
