The Court upheld the decision of the Board of Registration of Used Motor Vehicle Dealers and Used Motor Vehicle Parts Dealers to revoke a dealer’s license to operate as a used motor vehicle dealer based on evidence that the dealer failed to apply for a title in a retail purchaser’s name within thirty calendar days after the date of sale; issued multiple temporary operating permits after dates of sale; and failed to maintain an established place of business.
