About the Administrative Law Report:

Administrative Law Judges of the Office of State Administrative Hearings (OSAH) decide approximately 45,000 cases each year.  This website, the Administrative Law Report, is designed to allow the public, litigants, and attorneys to access a selection of recent decisions. The website has been updated and maintained on a monthly basis beginning March 2013.
