Administrative Law Report, March 2014

The inaugural issue of the Administrative Law Report was published one year ago in March 2013. Our goal is to keep judges, litigants and other interested parties informed of recent decisions and developments in Georgia’s administrative law. In the past year, we have published 234 decisions, which have been reviewed more than 60,000 times, to date. We look forward to another successful year. Thank you for your comments and suggestions.
