The Court sided with the Georgia Composite Medical Board’s decision to revoke a physician’s medical license after he advertised and operated his facility as a “pain management clinic” without a license. Although the doctor claimed he only treated a minority of patients for chronic pain, the Judge did not find this testimony credible given his contradictory statements in prior hearings. Taking into account the physician’s previous disciplinary history and the most recent infraction, the Court concluded that revocation was an appropriate sanction.
