Tiffani Johnson, a candidate for a superior court judgeship in the Atlanta Judicial Circuit, had been scheduled to appear before an OSAH Judge to answer a challenge to her qualifications—specifically, whether she met the residency requirements. Ms. Johnson did not appear at the hearing, whereupon the OSAH Judge ruled the candidate did not meet her burden of proving she met the residency requirements.
