ELECTION 2022:  Georgia Senate candidate disqualified for failure to file campaign disclosure reports  

The Court found that Jeff Lewis was not qualified to be a candidate for Georgia Senate District 52, on the grounds that he failed to meet the statutory requirement of having filed all disclosure reports with the Georgia Government Transparency and Campaign Finance Commission. Upheld on judicial review by Superior Court of Fulton County.
