The Court revoked the license and sedation permits of a pediatric dentist after finding that she rendered excessive and poorly documented treatment for three patients.  Specifically, the Court found the dentist did not keep proper records of sedation dosages and vitals, used sedation injections that were beyond the scope of her permits, and failed to diagnose and treat patients within the acceptable standards of dental practice.
