Petitioner, a high school assistant principal, band director, and varsity wrestling coach, committed serious breaches of the Code of Ethics for Educators by making comments of a sexual nature to a student, sending the student inappropriate texts, and attempting to kiss her. Petitioner’s violations warranted the revocation of his teaching certificate.
