Petitioner is a youth committed to the Department of Juvenile Justice. The Department revoked Petitioner’s community placement for failure to comply with the conditions of his placement. Petitioner has been sanctioned for a total of five placement violations, including his failure to provide a urine sample for purposes of random drug testing on two occasions. The judge affirmed the Department’s decision, finding that the evidence supported the decision to revoke Petitioner’s community placement.
