The Court dismissed as untimely an appeal by an applicant who had been denied benefits under the Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) program.  Although the applicant denied ever receiving notice of the TANF denial, the Court nonetheless concluded that she had filed her appeal more than 30 days after the denial was issued, and that existing law did not provide any exceptions or mechanisms to pause the 30-day deadline for filing an appeal.
