In this case, the Court denied the student and parent’s request for relief based on an alleged violation of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA). The Court determined that, although the school district had committed some procedural violations during the student’s Manifestation Determination Review, these violations did not significantly impede the parent’s ability to participate in the decision-making process regarding her child’s education.
