Revised OSAH Rules Are in Effect

On May 8, 2020, the Office of State Administrative Hearings announced an extensive reorganization and update of its Rules in order to make the administrative hearing process more navigable and accessible to the public.  After a notice and comment period, the Rules were adopted on June 22, 2020, and went into effect on July 12, 2020.  Click here to review the Rules on OSAH’s website.
