Judge reversed DCH’s termination of SOURCE benefits because Petitioner needed assistance with activities of daily living.

Petitioner appealed the Department of Community Health’s decision to terminate Petitioner’s SOURCE Program benefits. Petitioner was diagnosed with demyelinating neuropathy and Charcot neuroarthropathy, which cause difficulty walking and an increased risk of falling.
