Petitioner compromised the integrity of the CRCT assessment by telling students that she saw incorrect answers on their exams. Based on this violation of the GA Code of Ethics for Education, the Court found Petitioner’s conduct warranted suspension of her teaching certificate. However, given that she did not identify wrong answers to students, the Court modified the suspension from 1 year to 30 days.
