Toll violator ordered to pay fees, costs, and penalties.

The State Road and Tollway Authority (SRTA) properly assessed a fine against Petitioner, a limousine company, for 30 toll violations in failing to stop to pay the toll or to use an operational transponder (i.e., a Peach Pass or Cruise Card) on Georgia State Route 400 (GA 400).  In fact, Petitioner did not purchase a Peach Pass for his vehicle until two years after the incidents. Petitioner was required to pay toll fees, administrative costs, and civil monetary penalties.
