Petitioner, a licensed ambulance service provider, appeals the Department of Public Health’s decision to place its service license on probation and impose a fine. Emergency medical service in Georgia is zoned and providers are designated to certain geographic areas. The City of Kennesaw chose Petitioner as its designated service provider, but did not get permissions

Minor’s failure to adhere to conditions of DJJ community placement resulted in revocation.

Petitioner is a youth committed to the Department of Juvenile Justice. The Department revoked Petitioner’s community placement for failure to comply with the conditions of his placement. Petitioner has been sanctioned for a total of five placement violations, including his failure to provide a urine sample for purposes of random drug testing on two occasions.
